Well, this was painful but I did it. I've been doing this meme for quite some time now and it's been fun when I've had amazing days but this was not an amazing day. It was a work day and there wasn't much to see.

It was a pretty hectic end of the week for me with having to travel to Jakarta and Yangon for work back to back Friday and Saturday so when Sunday rolled along, I was happy to finally be back home (even if there was still some work to do).

It's been month after month of semi-travel to actual work travel to just me wanting to show you more interesting days. The funny thing about this month was that I woke up on the 11th of the month, CONVINCED that it was the 12th.

Ever since July, I've been flying to Yangon, Myanmar weekly and to be honest, I haven't made the most of it. In the same way that despite my 6 months in Jakarta, I still haven't really explored. I'll blame it on work but also on laziness.

because it's now my monthly ritual to cheat on this, here goes my 2 days after the 12th where I went to visit my friend, Sayaka in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. IT's a really quick plane ride from Singapore and yet I've only visited her once since she left Singapore. So this would be my second trip to visit her after 1 year. So, this weekend, my friends Koko, glasswinged (Macy), Marla and Anton came over to Singapore and luckily, I was here this weekend. In fact, I managed to take Friday off to take them around, Saturday to hang out together.
